TrialsTrials are highly recommended for the Bride to feel confident in the services that will be provided on the day of.
Scheduling 3-8 months in advance is a great option for people shopping around for H&MU artists.
However, if you are set on us for your wedding, a trial 1-2 months before the wedding can give you more time to decide what you want as close to the wedding as possible.
Multiple trials are also an option for the undecided brides :).
Wedding DayOnce we have a signed contract and have locked in your big day. You have until 30 days before your wedding date to lock in the little details.
Once we know the amount of services, your timeline, etc. We will provide a “day of schedule” for you and your bridal party to refer to.
That way you can sleep soundly knowing the morning of your wedding will be smooth and seamless

This Price sheet allows you to add up and calculate a general quote for your Trial and/or Wedding day. Prices may vary based on wedding details.
The following prices are discounted from our regular rates for our wedding clients. These rates only apply prewedding.

Holding your date, Trials, & Booking your Wedding

Trial - To book a trial you can fill out the “Trial Request” form.
We will hold the wedding date up to a week after your trial.No Trial - If you do not want a trial but know you would like to book us for your wedding day, you can fill out our “Wedding Contract Form”.

Contract
Once you complete the “Wedding Contract Form”. We will review your form and confirm your wedding date if all wedding details permit with our schedules.

A “Date Hold” ensures we do not book anything else on your wedding date until we have confirmed your booking.
We will hold your date once a trial is booked or a “Wedding Contract” is completed.
We book on a first come first serve basis based on “date holds”.
Travel & Cancelation

Any Location outside of a 10-mile radius from The Moon Room is subject to an a travel fee of $3/mile from point "Closest Salon Location" to "Prep Location"
Extra time pricing options are available upon request

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing.
Cancellations made less than 30 days of wedding date are subject to pay full service fee
No refunds
All payment forms (Card, cash, or check) can be made in advance or on day of wedding.
In order to hold wedding date with the salon a payment in full, a 50% deposit, or a card can be held on file
No tax shall be applied - Gratuity not included
